The core mill and ball mill are enrichment equipment. They are similar in appearance and grinding principle, but there are differences in structure, performance and application. This document summarizes three aspects of a ball mill and a rod mill. We hope to help you choose the right equipment for your own project.
Although they are very similar in appearance, some differences can be observed with careful distinction. For example, a core mill adopts an overfilling and unloading mode with an open mouth instead of unloading a trellis plate. In addition, the ratio between the length of the cylinder and the diameter of the rod mill is usually 1.5-2.0, while the ball mill is relatively small, usually not more than 1.
